Rabbi Bernard M. Zlotowitz - Biography

Rabbi Bernard M. Zlotowitz earned his rabbinical ordination and doctorate from Hebrew Union college. He holds a BA form Brooklyn College and an MA from Columbia University.

He is the Senior Scholar at the Union for Reform Judaism and Professor of Bible and Rabinnics at the Academy for Jewish Religion.

He is the author of 10 books, the most recent being The Book of Psalms (co-author) and author of numerous popular and scholarly articles.

He is married to Shirley Masef and has four children and six grandchildren.
